Register for access

You can sign up for the Shell Energy portal by completing the registration form here, contacting your account manager or emailing [email protected].

No. Only contracted Shell Energy customers have access to the portal.

You can log-in to the portal by clicking on “Portal Login” on the top right-hand corner of the Shell Energy website homepage or by bookmarking this url: https://myportal.shellenergy.com.au/#/login

Yes. If you are an electricity customer you can access raw meter data by clicking on the ‘Usage’ button at the top and scrolling to ‘Raw Meter Data Extract’.

Forgotten password

Click on “Portal Login” at the top right-hand corner of the Shell Energy homepage at shellenergy.com.au, or go to https://myportal.shellenergy.com.au/#/login, and click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts.

Your Account Manager can help you reset your password, or you can click on the Forgot Password link on the portal login page and follow the prompts.

User guides

If you are an electricity customer the portal user guide is available to download under the Documents tab in the portal, or you can request a copy from your account manager.

For electricity customers, the Portal provides you with detailed information about your energy account including usage reports, billing reports, account information and market reports.

For more detail on what reports are available in the Portal go to the ‘Resources’ tab in the Portal and download the Report Catalogue. How To videos are also available demonstrating how to access reports within the Portal.

For gas customers, billing information and usage data are available. Register for access by contacting your Account Manager.

You can request as many Portal user accounts as required and sites can be restricted to specific user accounts if required. Contact your account manager or call 13 23 76.

If you are an electricity customer and the primary account holder or accounts payable contact, you can set up Direct Debit payments by logging into the Portal, going to the Billing section on the left-hand side navigation and following the prompts.

If you are a gas customer, please complete and download the Direct Debit Request Form and email it to your account manager or to [email protected]

You can access your bills in the Billing section of the Portal.

Yes. Go to ‘Leave Feedback’ on the bottom of the left-hand column when logged into the Portal or speak to your dedicated Account Manager.

Yes. If you are an electricity customer, go to ‘Scheduled Reports’ on the top navigation bar, click on the “New Scheduled Report” button and follow the set-up wizard.

Site Manager is designed to manage your site roll-in and roll-out requests for large electricity businesses. You can access Site Manager via the Portal. You can view all your accessible accounts and pinpoint the status of your site request from creation to completion.
