Set up a direct debit

If you are an electricity customer, direct debits can be set up by completing our Direct Debit Request Form (bank account only) or via the Shell Energy Portal. You can do this for both bank details and credit card. Download the Direct Debit request form here.

If you are a gas customer, please complete and download the Direct Debit Request Form and email to your account manager or email [email protected]

If you are an electricity customer, you can see if your account is set up for direct debit via the Shell Energy Portal or by contacting your account manager.

Your invoice will also display (on the payment page) the payment option applied to your account. If you are a gas customer, please contact your account manager or email [email protected]

To change the details of your direct debit, complete the Direct Debit Request Form here and email to [email protected] or if you already have a Direct Debit set up via the Shell Energy Portal, access and update as required.

The ease of not having to process payments manually each month and control of cash flow by knowing what day the payment will be deducted each billing cycle are some of the benefits of paying by direct debit.

Pay my bill

To pay your Shell Energy bill (invoice), click here and choose whether you want to pay electricity or gas then select your preferred payment option.

To find out if your business may be eligible for an early payment discount, contact your account manager or call 13 23 76.

Please refer to your signed contract for details of late payment fees.

Shell Energy’s payment terms form part of your contract and will be applied and displayed on your invoice as the due date.
