Hi, I’m Vicki Nyin and I’m your account manager. We help customers by ensuring that they can spend as little time as possible on managing their electricity. Account managers are important to our customers because it means that they know they can pick up the phone at any time and speak to someone who’s already familiar with their portfolio, and it means that we’re ready to help them in any way possible when they need it.
Energy is a complex industry with many players and a lot of our customers often struggle when trying to push projects through with other parties, including networks and metering coordinators. Once you’re with us and your contract commences, I’ll be making sure your bills are accurate and issued on time and also to the right people. We’ll check your tariff in our network tariff optimization program. We can also help you to reduce energy spent and operate more sustainably overall.
