Hi, I’m Mark Bond. My primary role is to be the customer’s single point of contact. I like to gain an understanding of the customer’s business in terms of operating environment and business drivers. Billing accuracy and timeliness is very important to customers because for most customers, they are reporting at the end of the month. This involves, for accounting purposes, knowing what the usage is and what the spend is for the previous month, and that may have been one or two days earlier.
Our customers have given us a high score across our customer service, our timely and accurate billing, our web portal, and our help with all your energy matters. The key difference is we really do care. I look forward to working with you.
