Shell Energy is expanding its gas retail offering to commercial and industrial customers in Queensland and South Australia.
Shell Energy Executive General Manager B2B Retail Steve Rogers said expanding gas retailing into Queensland and South Australia follows a successful launch in Victoria and New South Wales in January last year.
“Expanding our offering to gas will give commercial and industrial customers in Queensland and South Australia greater choice and competition,” Mr Rogers said.
Customers will also benefit from a high level of attention to detail from dedicated account managers in the Shell Energy retail team.
Gas retailing services in these states are available to large businesses that consume more than 10 terajoules (TJ) each year.
Shell Energy is actively quoting in Queensland and South Australia and expects to start offering gas products and services to customers from 1 July.
