Hi, my name is Sue Battersby. My primary role is to be a one point of contact. I’ll be making sure that your bills are accurate and issued on time and also to the right people. I’ll also be looking to see if there are any other ways that we can help you save on your energy costs. We’ll check your tariff in our Network Tariff Optimization Program. Our customer portal provides you fingertip access to your invoices, your metadata, your demand data. It’s all there. You can just log in. You can download that at any given times. That means that the power is in your hands, you don’t have to wait for somebody to answer the phone. You don’t have to wait for somebody to answer an email. You can log in. All the information you need is there. We genuinely care about our customers. We want to be your business energy partner.
