I’ll be monitoring and checking your account to ensure it’s all running smoothly and will keep you in the loop with any information that you need to know regarding to your account. As part of the Shell Energy service, I’ll also check your network tariff to ensure you’re on the best possible tariff for your business.

Hi, I’m Ricky McCulloch. The value you can expect to get from your account manager or myself is that we’re there to answer your questions; we’ll pick up the phone and we’ll talk to you. I find a lot of customers I went across have never actually spoken to an account manager, so they really value that side of it. Once you are with us and your contract commences, I’ll be making sure your bills are accurate and issued on time, and also to the right people. I’ll also be looking to see if there are any other ways we can help you save on your energy costs. We’ll check your tariff in our network tariff optimization program. We genuinely care about our customers, and we want to be your business energy partner. I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have to help you get the most out of your business energy.
