Hi, my name is Craig Dickenson. I’m your primary contact to manage your ongoing energy needs. Once you’re with us and your contract commences, I’ll be making sure your bills are accurate and issued on time, and also to the right people. It’s very important for our customers that they understand their costs, that they receive their bills on time. It gives them an opportunity to understand what to budget for in the future, to be able to allocate costs quickly, and also reconcile against other costs within the business, to ensure they’re on track with their budgets.
